These terms govern your use of consumerresolutiongroup.com and the intake service offered through it. Please read them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
Accepting these terms
By visiting this site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the site on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
We are not a law firm

- Submitting a form, sending an email, or speaking with us does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any law firm
- Information you send us is not protected by attorney-client privilege
- All legal services are performed by licensed attorneys, who remain solely responsible for the legal work and for their professional obligations to you
- We do not direct or control an attorney's legal judgment, and we are not responsible for the legal services provided

No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee any outcome, result, or timeline. We do not promise that any contract will be canceled or rescinded, that any loan will be canceled, reduced, forgiven, or eliminated, that any money will be recovered, or that any law firm will accept your matter.
Descriptions on this site of situations homeowners commonly encounter are general information. They are not an assessment of your contract and not a statement that you have a valid claim. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Nothing on this site is advice about whether to make, withhold, or stop payments on any loan or agreement. Those decisions can affect your credit and your legal position. Discuss them with a licensed attorney before acting.
What the service is
What we do:
- Review the situation you describe, at no cost to you
- Explain, in general terms, what we are seeing
- Arrange for a licensed attorney to evaluate whether you have a case
- Manage the process and coordinate with the attorney on your matter
- Tell you when we do not think there is a case worth pursuing
Fees
Our review and the attorney's initial evaluation are free, and you may stop at that point owing nothing. If an attorney determines there is a case and you choose to proceed, you engage us for our services and pay us a fee, which will be set out in a separate written agreement before you owe anything. We in turn pay the attorney who works on your matter; you will not receive a separate bill from the law firm.
The attorney exercises independent professional judgment on your matter. We do not direct, control, or interfere with the attorney's legal judgment, and payment arrangements do not change the attorney's professional duties to you.
We may decline any inquiry, and no attorney is obligated to accept any matter.
Who may use it
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be located in the United States
- You must provide information about your own situation, or have authority to act for the homeowner
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that the telephone number you provide is a number you own or are authorized to give consent for. You agree to tell us if that number changes or is reassigned. Providing false information, or another person's contact details without their permission, is a breach of these terms.
Consent to communications
By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you agree that we and the attorneys we work with may contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and text messages, about your inquiry.

- You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing review@consumerresolutiongroup.com
We may record or monitor calls for quality and training. Where required, we will tell you at the start of the call.
Third parties
This site may link to, or involve, third parties including attorneys, scheduling services, and other providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their services, content, advice, fees, or privacy practices. Any relationship you form with a third party is between you and that party.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, and arrangement of this site are owned by Consumer Resolution Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.
Photographs on this site are illustrative and do not depict actual clients.
Things you may not do
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit another person's contact details without their permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
Disclaimer of warranties
Limitation of liability
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consumer Resolution Group LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person — including any claim arising from a telephone number you provided that you were not authorized to provide.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at review@consumerresolutiongroup.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing here prevents you from bringing a matter in small claims court or from reporting conduct to a government agency.
Changes and termination
We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change. We may suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
